• Everyone in our agency who responds to your ongoing needs for advice and service is fully licensed.
• All of our licensed insurance professionals have earned a designation in an advanced insurance education program or are working on a designation.  These programs require many hours of insurance education to become certified.
• To retain the designation requires many hours of continuing insurance education each and every year.
• This is an ever changing and complex insurance world that requires updated knowledge on a regular basis to provide our customers with the very best protection available.  This ongoing annual education each of us participates in is the most important part of our education process.

Young & Associates has a long history that goes back to 1898, when the MacGregor Bradley Agency started in Duluth.  Thomas Young started his career with that agency in 1953.  In 1965, he started his own agency.  In 1976, Thomas Young Jr. joined his father's agency, at which time they purchased the MacGregor Bradley Agency and changed the name to Young MacGregor Bradley.  In 1988, Tim Young joined the agency.  In 1992, Len Rudolph Insurance was purchased and the name was then changed to Young & Rudolph.  Most recently, in 1999 the name was changed to Young & Associates.
